Manifesto

I am taking sometime off before the rest of my life, and its a terrifying experience. Hopefully this blog will let me make sense of everything--and allow me to learn a little bit about the world of internet publishing as well.

An issue I am having right now is a large amount of anxiety and general lack of sleep/routine. Maybe if I commit myself to blocks of time to specific things daily, my heart will stop wanting to pound out of my chest.

Things I have heard that help with stress/focus:
-Meditation
-Yoga
-Exercise
-Regular sleep schedule


I should try and build these things into my routine: so my goal for tomorrow is to get up early, meditate and go for a walk.

Hopefully this will work, I like setting small daily goals. I think this will my strategy.
